John brings 43 years of operational experience working with a variety of entities from start-ups to multi-million-dollar corporations. His expertise encompasses the buying and selling of businesses, while enhancing value to the owners.

Larry brings 50 years of outstanding financial, audit, and operational experience with exceptional business owners from both public and private perspectives, with an independent orientation. His expertise enhances business strategy., specializing in strategic reformation of assets to improve profitability and value.

VanHorn's experience encompasses a variety of top-tier companies including Ernst Young (formerly Arthur Young & Company), and Forvis (formerly BKD), along with his former professional designations of CPA, CBA, ABV, and current CFO role, enhance Strategic Value Partners' scope of services.
His current and past experiences with non-profit associations include AIC PA, Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce, Quivira Council Boy Scouts, Wagonmaster, and Larksfield Place. In 2022, he was inducted into the Wichita Business Journal "CFO Hall of Fame".
